Shipping Carriers and delivery times:

Orders will be shipped via either UPS or USPS.  Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days.

Processing Time:

At Porter's Mouse, we aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. However, please note that processing time may occasionally be extended due to high order volumes or circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Costs:

Porter's Mouse currently offers free ground shipping on all orders.  Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you tracking information so you can easily monitor the status of your package. Additionally, if you've created an account on our website, you can track your order through your account dashboard for added convenience and peace of mind.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, Porter's Mouse is only able to ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include additional destinations in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
